Krinav facilitation payments will not activate until legal entity, tax, partner agreement, and Razorpay approval requirements are complete.

Selected refund model

• A full refund before coordination begins.
• After work begins, only completed written milestones and disclosed payment charges are deducted.
• Third-party charges require separate approval and follow the provider's own policy.

Request process

Write to grievance@krinav.life with the payment reference. Eligibility is assessed against the written proposal and completed milestone record.
