When you submit a professional or institutional enquiry, we may collect your name, contact details, professional or organizational information, location preferences, role requirements, experience, care-program or partnership preferences, nursing qualification, registration council, NUID status, and any notes you choose to provide. We ask only for NUID status, not your NUID number, and do not request credential files through the initial enquiry forms.

We use the information to review and respond to your enquiry, understand role or workforce fit, communicate relevant next steps, improve our matching process, and maintain necessary recruitment and business records. Authorized Krinav.life administrators manage these enquiries through a private application portal.

Where relevant to your enquiry, we may share a limited professional or institutional profile with suitable employers, healthcare organizations, learning partners, placement partners, or service providers. Programme eligibility information is used for admissions, readiness review, and relevant partner discussions. We do not sell submitted personal information.
International processing
International processing
Krinav.life supports India and international opportunities. Information may therefore be stored or processed by our technology providers, or shared for a relevant opportunity, in another country subject to applicable legal, professional, employer, and regulatory requirements.

Initial enquiry records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after submission, unless they are deleted sooner following a valid request or must be retained to meet a legal obligation. Records are stored using Supabase infrastructure and are available only to approved administrators using password and multi-factor authentication. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and necessary record-keeping obligations. You may also ask us to stop considering your profile for opportunities.
