What we collect

Depending on the service, we may collect contact details, residence, education, council registration, experience, preferences, broad treatment category, timing, language/accessibility needs, attribution, and consent records. The first medical-travel enquiry does not request diagnoses or reports.

Why we use it

• Respond to an enquiry and review eligibility or scope.
• Connect you with a named employer, recruiting agent, or hospital after specific permission.
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, create an audit trail, and meet legal obligations.
• Send optional marketing only when separately chosen.

Sharing and analytics

Data is shared only after a recipient is named and purpose-specific consent is obtained. Google analytics never receives names, email, phone, health information, application IDs, or free-text form values. Analytics cookies do not load before consent.

Retention and rights

Data is retained only as necessary for its purpose and deleted or anonymised under the reviewed retention schedule. Request access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, or grievance handling at grievance@krinav.life or through the Data Rights form.

Security

Operational access is restricted to the sole owner, protected by MFA, and logged. Medical files will not be stored in public storage. No internet service can promise absolute security.
