Payments अभी बंद हैं
Krinav facilitation payments legal entity, tax, partner agreement और Razorpay approval complete होने तक activate नहीं होंगे।
Selected refund model
- Coordination शुरू होने से पहले full refund।
- Work शुरू होने के बाद केवल completed written milestones और disclosed payment charges deduct होंगे।
- Third-party charges के लिए अलग approval जरूरी है और provider की policy लागू होगी।
Request process
Payment reference के साथ grievance@krinav.life पर लिखें। Refund eligibility written proposal और completed milestone record से तय होगी।
