हम क्या collect करते हैं

Service के अनुसार contact details, residence, education, council registration, experience, preferences, broad treatment category, timing, language/accessibility needs और consent record collect हो सकता है। First medical-travel enquiry में diagnosis या reports नहीं माँगे जाते।

क्यों

• Enquiry का जवाब और eligibility/scope review।
• आपकी specific permission के बाद named employer, recruiting agent या hospital से connection।
• Security, fraud prevention, audit और legal obligations।
• Optional marketing केवल अलग consent मिलने पर।

Sharing और analytics

Employer, agent या hospital का नाम बताकर specific consent के बाद ही data share होगा। Google analytics को name, email, phone, health information, application ID या free text नहीं भेजा जाता। Analytics cookies consent मिलने से पहले load नहीं होते।

Retention और rights

Data purpose के लिए जरूरी अवधि तक रखा जाता है और reviewed retention schedule के अनुसार delete/anonymise किया जाता है। Correction, access, erasure, consent withdrawal या grievance के लिए grievance@krinav.life पर लिखें या Data Rights form use करें।

Security

Access sole owner तक सीमित, MFA-protected और logged है। Medical files public storage में नहीं रखे जाएँगे। कोई भी internet service absolute security guarantee नहीं दे सकती।
